Following hours of labour in our Kent workshop, our creation now hangs in its new home in the central staircase at Hythe Imperial based in Hythe, Kent. Designed, manufactured and installed by our skilled team we are delighted with the result and are sure it will be a real talking point at the hotel especially as it is believed to be the tallest chandelier in Europe!
The chandelier took 3 days for our skilled team to install at the end of 2017, as it is 11 meter's high, weighs 250kg and is made up of 25,000 individual Asfour octagon crystals. The installation is lit by 48 internal lamphlders each holding an LED bulb and 18 metres of LED strip lights.
Jodie Wilkinson designed the fitting to be suspended from a winch, so that it can be lowered and partially dismantled for future maintenance.
